Modern Art
There are many ways to create modern art using any picture of your choice. This site has several tutorials about that and we decided to add one more to our collection. We hope you like it and enjoy creating your own art.
Step: 1
We are going to attempt to create a work of modern art and the first thing we need to do is create a document of the size you need and fill it white for now. Find a photograph to work with and then using the Move Toll, drag it into this document so that we have them both in the same document.
Step: 2
Using your favorite tool remove the background. If you do not know how to do it, there are tutorials here that will show you how.
Step: 3
Now we need to go to Image-Adjustment-Treshold.
Step: 4
We are looking for a texture that will work with our picture. It all depends on the individual picture so change the settings to suit your needs.
Step: 5
We have our work ready to add color.
Step: 6
Select the Bucket Tool and make sure you select all the options shown on the next picture so that your painting works.
Step: 7
Select the first color you are going to use and then touch the white areas of your picture. As soon as you do, anything that is white will turn to the color you just selected.
Step: 8
Now do the same in the black areas but using a different color.
Step: 9
The last thing to do, is to go back to the first layer we created at the beginning and change its color to a different one.

Now you can mix and match colors at will.
