Step-1:
In this Photoshop tutorial will will create a billboard on a truck or you can use one of those road signs or a building wall. We need to find two images that we want to work with and one needs to be a picture that has a display of something.

Step-2:
The other one is the one we want to put in it.

Step-3:
We open the two pictures we want to work with and then we drag them into one single document. Use the Move Tool and drag one picture into the other.

Step-4:
Once you release the mouse, you get two layers in your document like so. You can close the picture you dragged in now.

Step-5:
Now go to Edit-Transform-Perspective and grabbing one of the corners of your picture, drag it into its corresponding corner in the display.

Step-6:
Then do the same thing with the other corners to make them fit the frame that you had there.

Step-7:
Click Enter to accept the changes and after you do, you can save the document.
