Step-1:
To create our custom clouds we need to star a 400x400 document and a new layer Layer-New-Layer. Next thing we do, we need to select this color as foreground.

Step-2:
and then, we select this one as the background.
|
Step-3:
our canvas should look like this.

Step-4:
Now lets click in the Gradient tool. Lets click on the drop down window so we can pick the settings we just created.

Step-5:
Go back to your document and draw a line starting from top to bottom.
|
Step-6:
When you release the mouse you get a nice blue sky. Lets create another layer Layer-New-Layer and we will fill it white.

Step-7:
Next we need to click on Filter-Render-Clouds.
|
Step-8:
And then Filter-Render-Difference Clouds.
|
Step-9:
And again we do Filter-Render-Difference Clouds.
|
Step-10:
We now need to click on Image-Adjustments-Levels and we copy the data from the picture.

Step-11:
Lets change our Layer Mode.
|
Step-12:
All you have to do now is save.
