Step-1:
To do this animation we need a picture obviously so we find one we would like to work with and lets open it.

Step-2:
Right click on layer and duplicate it.
|
Step-3:
When the pop up appears, name it 2.
|
Step-4:
Now lets go to Edit-Transform-Flip Vertical.
|
Step-5:
And this is what you get after you click OK. Next, we do Edit-Transform-Scale. Grab the picture by the marking that appears on the bottom of the tree and drag it down.

Step-6:
Until it reassembles this picture. Make sure you do not leave a gap between the two pictures. Once you are done, right-click on the layer you just flipped and choose duplicate layer. Name it 3.

Step-7:
Your layer window should look like this:

Step-8:
Select layer 2 and click on Filter-Distort-Ripple. When the pop up appears, copy the data in the picture.

Step-9:
GO to layer 3 and do the same as before. Make sure you changed the number.
|
Step-10:
Now to Image Ready. Select the first two layers and take the first frame. look at the picture to get an idea.
|
Step-11:
Now select the first and last layers and take another frame. Your animation will only have two frames.
|
Step-12:
Last, click on play to see your animation in action. Remember that you have to save your animations like this: File-Save Optimized as.
