replacing the sky |
Step-1:
In this tutorial we are going to try and replace the sky in a picture. Sometimes you take a picture and the sky is not what you would like it to be but that can be fixed. Open another picture that has a sky you like. Name that layer 1.
|
Step-2:
Then open the picture that has the sky you want to replace. Using the Move Tool drag this picture into the second so that all of them are in the same document. Name that layer 2.
|
Step-3:
Make sure the layers are in the order shown in the picture and then select the picture that needs to have the sky replaced. Now click on the Magnetic Lasso Tool.
|
Step-4:
Select an anchor point and then drag the mouse around the area you need removed. You must go around it until you get back to your starting point and then anchor there again.
|
Step-5:
Now click on Edit-Cut and the sky you want removed is gone. Use the Eraser Tool and remove the little details that remained. Go to the next step only if you consider it necessary.
|
Step-6:
Lets brighten our layer a little by clicking on Image-Adjustments-Hue/Saturation and then select the levels according to your photograph.
|
Step-7:
You can merge all the Layers if you need to. Make them all visible and then click on Layers-Merge Visible.
