Step-1:

We are going to try and isolate one of the keyboard keys and then we will highlight it in a different color. So go ahead and open a picture that with several items in it and open it.

Step-2:

Use the Magnifying Glass to get as close as you can to the key you will be working with. Once you get to an appropriate distance, select the Polygonal Lasso Tool.

Step-3:

Select an anchor point and then start tracing the selected key. Where there are straight lines, click to anchor and go to the other end to select, Repeat the process until you have circled the key and get back to where you started.

Step-4:

Click the Circled Icon and when you do, a Menu will open up and from there, select SOlid Color.

Step-5:

After you make the selection, the color picker will open up and then you can select the color you want you highlight you key. Select that color and click OK.

Step-6:

The last step is to change the Layer Mode to Color Burn and you are done.

Step-7:

And there is your highlighted key.
