Sharpening blurred photographs |
Step-1:
Open your picture and duplicate layer. To do so, right click layer and duplicate layer.

Step-2:
Go to Filter-Other-High Pass.
|
Step-3:
The change here depends on how blurry your picture is.
|
Step-4:
Change the Layer mode th Soft Light and then reduce the opacity to what you think is best for your picture.
|

And here is the final result
