snow animation; Get you skies and snow gear
Step-1:

In this tutorial I am going to teach you how to create a snow storm using Adobe Photoshop. For this tutorial lets start by selecting the picture you want to create the snowfall on.

Step-2:

Make new layer Layer-New-Layer and fill it with black #000000. Press Filter-Noise-Add Noise and copy the data.

Step-3:

Right click on layer and select Blending Options. On the pop up screen click the drop down menu and change it to screen. You now have a see through layer.

Step-4:

Click Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur.

Step-5:

Click Image-Adjustment-Levels. Repeat steps 3-5 by making a few more layers. I made 3.

Step-6:

Do not duplicate the layers to finish quick as they need to be treated individually. Vary the quantities that you enter on each screen to make the animation work.

Step-7:

Lets go to image ready now. Turn on the picture frame and the first layer only. Then picture frame and second layer. You should only have the picture and one frame at a time, rotating the snow frames one at a time.

Step-8:

In this Adobe Photoshop Tutorial you can see two different samples of this snowfall. It makes you want to go skying and go down the hills, doesn't it?
