How to make round corners in a picture
Step-1:

We need to stat by opening the picture we want to put rouded corners on and the next step will be to create a new layer Layer Layer-New-Layer that needs to be filled with white.

Step-2:

Turn off the white layer and go back to the picture. Use the Rounded Rectangular Tool and draw a rectangle making sure you leave a little margin on the side.

Step-3:

Right-click inside the area and select Make Selection.

Step-4:

When the pop up appears make the selections you see in the picture.

Step-5:

Go to Edit-Copy and go to the White Layer you created at the beginning. Once there, click Edit-Paste.

Step-6:

And what you have left is your rounded corner picture with the white layer as background.
