How to increase or decrease the size of a picture
Step-1:

I have a picture that is about the right size but I want to crop it a little and then leave it in its original size. If your picture already has the right size, go to step 3.

Step-2:

Grab the crop tool and then draw a square keeping inside the portion of the picture you want to keep. Right click that square and choose Crop.

Step-3:

Click on Image-Image Size. Be sure that Constrain Proportions option is checked. Increase the first number to a higher one.

Step-4:

And now your picture has been reduced in size and then we increased its size again.
