Step-1:
Open the photograph you want to enhance colors to.

Step-2:
Click Image-Adjustments-Color Balance, select Midtones and set the values to this: If you are working on a different photo, move the sliders to what you would like to see.

Step-3:
Now check Highlights and set the values to the following:

Step-4:
And last, check Shadows set this values:
|
Step-5:
Click Ok.
