make a watercolor painting from a picture
Step-1:

Find the picture you want to turn into a watercolor and open it.

Step-2:

Go to Image-Adjustments-Shadow/Highlight and set shadows at 100:

Step-3:

Now select Filter-Stylize-Find Edges.

Step-4:

Now Edit-Fade Find Edges and set the following values.

Step-5:

And now. just click OK.
