How to create a hypnotic movement
Step-1:

In this adobe Photoshop Tutorial we are going to create a hypnotic movement. This geometric figures are not really moving. It is all a trick. Lets create a new document with the size of your choice an fill it black. I am going to make mine 400x400.

Step-2:

Create new layer Layer-New-Layer and draw a square in the middle using the Rectangular Marquee Tool. Fill it any color you want. Duplicate the Orange layer 6 times.

Step-3:

Now click on Edit-Transform-Rotate and rotate each layer a little bit. Look at the picture for guidance.

Step-4:

Make another layer Layer-New-Layer and with the Rectangular Marquee Tool, create a rectangle in the middle like it shows in the picture. Using the Bucket Tool and fill that rectangle with white.

Step-5:

Duplicate layer by right clicking it and choosing Duplicate layer. Now click on Edit-Transform-Rotate 90 degrees.

Step-6:

Lets go to Image Ready now. Make all layer visible except the orange rectangles. Now select the first Orange rectangle and take the first frame. Turn off that rectangle and turn the next one and take another frame.

Step-7:

Continue that process until you have all the orange frames included.

Step-8:

Click on playe during the process to check progress.

Step-9:

Once you are all done, remember to save your document as Save As Optimized...

Step-10:
