In this tutorial you are going to learn how to create a cool effect using two different photographs. Once we are finished with the tutorial, you are going to end up with a very nice looking animation.

Step: 1
To do this animation you need to take two pictures of the same object. After you select your object, you take a shot and then move the camera two inches to either left or right and take another one of the same place.

Step: 2
It is best if you use a tripod. You want the picture to be done at the same hight or it will be “jumpy”. Set the tripod down and after you take the first picture, just move it to the side.

Step: 3
Open the pictures in Photoshop and lets make sure they are the same size. To check that click on Image-Image size. Write down the size of the picture and then go to the other one and enter the same sizes as the previous one if they are different.

Step: 4
Now use the Move Tool and drag one picture into the other to have them in the same document.

Step: 5

Step: 8
Basically you just select the other layer as the frame is already taken. Do not click the icon again.

Step: 9
And here is your animation. It only has two frames but it is enough to fool the viewer. Notice how the animation seems a little bit jumpy_

Step: 10
You can select that picture and then clic on Edit-Free Transform-Rotate. Grab the corner of the picture and adjust it as necessary.

Step: 11
And now it seems more natural. This wont happen if you take the picture with care. I wanted to show you haw to correct it just in case.
