This mosaic background is a great thing to have especially if you are designing something high thechy or you can also use it in your web designs and it would make a wonderful addition.

Step: 1
Create a new file of any size and then hit D to reset the default colors. Now fill the canvas black.

Step: 2
Go to Filter-Render-Clouds. Do this 3 or 4 times until you get a texture like this one:

Step: 3
Click now on Filter-Distort-Waves and set this values:

And this is what you get.

Step: 5
Now lets give it some color. Click on Image-Adjustments-Hue/Saturation. Play with the sliders until you get your favorite colors.
